How to use it.
- Take the drops 15 minutes before eat, or immediately after (wait 15 minutes before drink or eat anything else).
- Place 10-15 drops of Resolution under your tongue.
- Hold the liquid under your tongue for at least 30 seconds before swallowing.
- If you have headache or nausea, drink lot of water.
Personally, I recommend that in the third, forth and fifth day of the diet, up the dose to 30 drops to maximize the response of he body to the drops. From the sixth forward, lower the those to one that does not bring us effects as nausea or headache (in my case, I take 5 drops).
Phase 1 - Get Loaded! (Days 1-2).
During the first two days of this diet plan you are encouraged to eat a variety of fatty foods: Cheeseburgers, French fries, avocados, pastries, ice cream, cheesecake, fatty meats, an fried foods are all great examples. The philosophy of Stage 1 is that you need to store fat and energy for the "Low Calorie" Diet portion in Stage 2.
In this Stage you only take the drops twice a day in the day 1 and 2.
Stage 2 - 1200 Calorie Dietary Plan.
1200 calorie plan allows (200) calories for breakfast, (400) calories for lunch & dinner, and two snacks of (100) calories. Enjoy (3) balanced meals each day consisting mostly of protein and vegetables, wile limiting fruit serving sizes and excluding the starch category for the best results.You must remove alloy the fat from meat (no marbling in beef) and the skin from chicken and turkey, then weigh it before cooking. You may season the meat, but do not use spices containing sugar/starch. The best advise is to choose organic meat (free-range chicken, beef & turkey). Be sure to read the nutricional content on everything that you consume.Track your calories daily.
I can not do exercise, What choices do I have?
For those that can not do exercise, either because you have a health problem or because you dislike to do exercise, there is the possibility to do a diet of 750 calories, but you need to adjust the calories in each meal and include a tablespoon in the morning of Nutraburst and Techui (3) capsules daily, one capsule 30 minutes before each meal.Guidelines For Success.
- Drink plenty of water and avoid too much salt. Try incorporating two cups of Iaso Tea into your daily diet.
- Get up. Get out. Exercise. Shoot for 30*45 minutes daily. Walking, Pilates, Yoga, Cycling, Swimming, Jogging, etc.
- It is extremely important to adjust your calorie intake up or down depending on your activity lever for each day.
- For every 100 calories burned during exercise, add 25 calories to your daily diet. Do not exceed 1500 calories during a day of vigorous exercise.
- Make different food choices at every meal and each day for the best weight loss.
- Keep accurate records of serving sizes and their total calories,
- Avoid having too much read meat, shrimp, and tomatoes/oranges.
- Carefully record your measurements, you might be reducing inches more than pounds, so keep a food journal to see what foods are problems for you weight loss.
- Everyone's metabolism varies, so be sure to keep accurate reports of what you eat and your true measurements of weight loss.
Approved Drinks and Foods.
- Black Coffee: No creamer (only 1 tablespoon of far free milk per day is allowed for use in coffee/tea; does not cont as a dairy selection).
- Iaso Tea, Plain Black or Green Tea: Self-brewed. You may use sweeteners; Stevia and Saccharin are allowed. Aspartame, Splenda and regular sugar are not allowed. You made add flavor with a fresh lemon lime or orange only. Do not consume pre-bottled teas.
- Spices/Seasonings: You can use any spice you want, just be sure it doesn't contain sugar or starch. Salt and pepper are alowed. Read the ingredients of everything you consume, even a minor intake of something that is not allowed can affect our results.
- Chewing Gum: You can have gum, but be sure it is flavored ONLY with Xylitol (a natural sweetener). Most brands use Aspartame, which is not allowed.
